"She made me laugh, she made me cry, then she made me laugh until I cried. It was a perfect performance."

Cindy, Lower Brandywine Festival

Your masterful performance has awakened the mind of at least one literary student to the power of storytelling as an undeniably accessible form of human art.

Justin Kelly
BYU

"Weitkamp is a master at building bridges from story to song to story. Transitions from one to the other are so seamless that it feels like a long, enjoyable ride, not a bumpy trip with stops along the way."

L. Goodman- Author, Playwright, Storyteller

"I’ve been at this singer/songwriter business a very long time and have seen a boatload of wannabes with guitar cases full of mediocrity. To hear someone with Kim’s talent for the craft is so rare that I can count them on my toes."

Michael Reno Harrell – Singer/Songwriter

"Kim Weitkamp's performances are full of little surprises. When she begins, you'll laugh at her. Then, you'll laugh at her characters. Then you'll turn around and care about her characters and root for them. And then she'll sing, and you'll say, 'where did that come from?' That milk and honey voice."

Andy Offutt Irwin, Storyteller & Entertainer

"Kim Weitkamp is a brilliant and very funny lady. A masterful student of human nature and a fine person who can tell stories that land perfectly on the ears of her listeners no matter where they are in life."

Don 'Buck' Creacy- Owner World of Storytelling Radio

"She caught us in mid-stride. Renee and I were semi-struggling up a hill at the National Storytelling Festival and walked by Kim Weitkamp‘s tent. In a wet-eyed story about her mother, she was picking the guitar “clean as country water” and singing in mirror-smooth resonance with pitches hung on a laser beam. Breath support in a velvet death grip. We sat on the grass by the street, then, afterwards, immediatelty  bought her CD."
